FIBC 2025 brings together speakers and participants from government, forest industry and associations, start-ups, investment companies, First Nations and international organizations, all focused on forest bioproduct research, development and commercialization.
On the first and second days, the conference will present the latest global innovations in bioproduct research and commercialization opportunities in international and domestic markets. These sessions will inspire new research and business ideas while promoting information exchange and collaboration between government, academia, industry and First Nations.
On the third day, the conference will focus on the transformation and diversification of the forestry sector through the development of BC’s forest bioeconomy. Presentations and panel discussions will explore how to attract and retain investment to develop bioproduct facilities in BC, positioning the bioeconomy as an engine of sustainable economic growth.
