The SPRING Cluster is supporting the 13th International Conference on Fiber and Polymer Biotechnology (IFPB 2026), scheduled for Aug. 26-28, 2026, at the University of Genoa.

The event provides an important opportunity to discuss the latest advances in the fields of textiles and biotechnology applied to fibers and polymers, with a focus on research, technological innovation and industrial development.

The IFPB is a well-established international conference dedicated to the research and development of biotechnology, enzyme technologies and bioprocesses applied to fibers and polymers. Now in its thirteenth edition, the conference has been held so far in nine countries, spread over three continents, confirming it as a benchmark for the scientific and industrial community in the field.
