SPRING has signed Memorandums of Understanding with European and international clusters and entities in order to strengthen collaboration and synergies with the aim of increasing the wealth of scientific and technological knowledge in sectors related to the Circular Bioeconomy with a focus on biobased products, new industrial biotechnologies.

SPRING is among the initiators and signatories of the Alliance signed among 14 European clusters to support and strengthen the Circular and Sustainable Bioeconomy in Europe

The Cluster is a player at the European level through multiple initiatives, such as: Analysis and sharing of possible EU funding actions in favor of Clusters and/or Cluster-favored partnerships; Participation in consultations on papers of strategic interest; Participation in the SC2 action line.

SPRING is enrolled in the European Cluster Collaboration Platform, so it can be in constant connection with European and international stakeholders and actors working in the Bioeconomy sector.

SPRING is o full industry member of the European BioBased Industries Consortium, in the SME Cluster category. This allows SPRING to be one of the European Clusters that is part of the Consortium, and thus to have a greater presence at the European level and to be able to contribute more decisively to the discussion on certain issues of interest to its members.

SPRING participates in consortia for participation in Commission-funded European Projects within the Circula Bio-Based Joint Undertaking initiative.
